Samiksha360 provides digital exam preparation services including mock tests, practice questions, AI-assisted analysis, study materials, and performance insights.

Samiksha360 does not guarantee exam selection, ranks, or job placement.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. AI-Based Features

The Platform uses automated and AI-assisted systems to analyze user responses, generate explanations, and personalize recommendations.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Users should exercise independent judgment while relying on such outputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, copy, resell, or distribute platform content without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform
  • Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content
  • Use the Platform for fraudulent or abusive purposes

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain features require paid subscriptions. Prices and plans are subject to change.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 7-day refund eligibility conditions.
